Customer Service / Client Support Specialist-NH

Location: New Boston, NH

Full Time position – Mon – Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm

Join a growing technology company that is seeking a candidate who will provide client support and training via phone, email and web. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for career advancement as a critical member of a dynamic customer service team. This opportunity is located within easy commuting distance from Manchester or Nashua, NH.

Qualities & Experience:
• Team Player with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills including MS WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, ACCESS, and other standard programs
• Experience using CRM software preferred (Salesforce.com, etc.)
• Must be a confident, self-starter with ability to take initiative
• Excellent problem solving skills, strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and conduct online training sessions and follow-up
• Manage all aspects of customer support including helpdesk, billing, CRM and retention program initiatives
• Handle incoming inquiries and product demonstrations
• Provide basic IT support predominantly focused on Browser Based Issues, typically firewall and anti-virus settings. This might result in interfacing with the Customers IT Department to solve the issue the customer is experiencing
• Timely response to customer service inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Assist co-workers with projects as needed or perform other duties as assigned
